Our Fees

We adhere, as much as possible, to a flat fee structure in our probate practice.  Typically, probates referred by out-of-state lawyers have limited Florida assets and identifiable beneficiaries.  Typically, we can accurately predict the effort required by such administrations, and when combined with our extensive experience, we can provide a flat fee quote based on the number of assets and beneficiaries.  Our Summary Administrations start at $1,500.00.  Our Formal Administrations and Ancillary Administrations start at $7,500.00.  You are encouraged to call us to discuss our fees and to receive our written fee quote.
